At Donley Homes, we take pride in constructing innovative homes of the highest quality. This is a family tradition that began in 1949, when John J. Donley opened his own brokerage firm and expanded in 1971 with the birth of our home-building business.

Since that time, we have constructed over 1500 homes in the greater Columbus area. This includes our exclusive development of two major subdivisions: Summerfield in Pickerington, and Slate Ridge in Reynoldsburg. We are also proud of our communities at Ashley Creek and The Overlook at Cross Creeks.

As we've witnessed the evolution of Columbus from a small community to its consideration as one of the fastest-growing and "hottest" cities in the United States, we've made every effort to parallel this same dynamic growth with our latest subdivision...
